Competitive pay:

$50-$85 per hour Flexible scheduling—choose your own hours Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Referral Bonus Program Therapist of the Month Bonus Minimal office time—work independently while receiving ongoing support Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
