Homeside Rehab Join Our Growing Home Health Team Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services to patients in their homes throughout Fort Lauderdale , Coral Gables and Port St. Lucie, Florida . Competitive pay:
$50-$85 per hour Flexible scheduling—choose your own hours Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Referral Bonus Program Therapist of the Month Bonus Minimal office time—work independently while receiving ongoing support Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Qualifications Active Florida Occupational Therapy License (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (Required) Minimum one year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or related clinical setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Comfortable working independently in patients' homes Basic computer skills for electronic documentation Valid Florida driver's license Reliable transportation Job Details Job Type Full-time Part-time Per Diem Pay $50-$85 per hour Schedule Choose your own hours Day and evening shifts available Monday-Friday Weekend availability optional Service Areas Coral Gables, FL 33134 Port St. Lucie, FL 34953 Jacksonville, FL 32224 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 License Requirement Active Florida Occupational Therapy License (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (Required) Apply Today Join a team that values flexibility, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.
