Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Sunny Path Therapy LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team! About Us Sunny Path Therapy LLC is a pediatric outpatient therapy practice committed to providing high-quality, family-centered care. Our mission is to empower children and support families through evidence-based therapy in a collaborative and caring environment. Position Summary The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, physical, and fine motor needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and enjoys working closely with children and their families to help them achieve meaningful goals. Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled, evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients. Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and payer requirements. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress. Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one). Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
