  • Control over your daily workflow Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes to help them regain independence, improve daily function, and safely perform activities of daily living.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
  • Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
