Occupational Therapist Interim HealthCare - FL Panhandle - 3.5 Tallahassee, FL Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Benefits Company car Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description As an Occupational Therapist with Interim HealthCare, you will enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule, tailoring your visits to each patient's unique needs. You will become an essential, compassionate, and dedicated home care team member, collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive patient treatment.
Responsibilities :
Carries a patient census of 1-3 clients, as your schedule allows Evaluate the level of patient function and performance and equipment needs Develop the Plan of Care/Treatment including long/short-term treatment goals, interventions, and the intensity, frequency, and duration of services Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points Provides interventions and treatment following the physician-certified plan of care and occupational therapy professional standards of practice
Requirements :
Current Florida OT License 2 -years of experience as a physical therapist Provide proof of current CPR certification Able to effectively deal with changes based on patient needs and scheduling Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office Able to work a flexible schedule as needed Perform physical activity that may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs., and physically stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, and climbing stairs
