In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing personalized therapy plans that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your expertise will help seniors regain independence and improve their daily functioning. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' functional abilities and needs. Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with residents and their families. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate residents and staff on techniques to promote independence and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for residents. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong knowledge of patient care practices and occupational health principles. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff. Experience in case management and developing care plans is preferred.
