Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Current and valid OT license required Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Understanding of IEP processes and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication abilities, both with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs Provide direct OT services to students, focusing on skills required for classroom participation and daily functioning Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to design and implement effective strategies for student achievement Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and progress reports Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
