Occupational Therapist (OT) | Outpatient Hand Therapy | Brunswick, GA Now hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a hands-focused outpatient role at a nonprofit hospital-affiliated clinic on the Georgia coast. Join a small, established outpatient team with built-in mentorship from a senior OT with decades of hand therapy experience.
About the role:
Outpatient OT with a hands-heavy caseload — hands, shoulders, elbows, with some neuro (stroke, TBI, occasional SCI) Joins a senior OT — you'll get direct, built-in mentorship in hands and upper extremities Small team — 3 OTs total in the department plus a COTA Monday-Friday schedule Hospital-affiliated outpatient setting with strong interdisciplinary collaboration What's offered: Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available for out-of-state candidates Generous PTO package PSLF eligible (nonprofit employer) Continuing education stipend Clinical ladder for professional growth Full benefits package including 401k with match What we're looking for: Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) GA state OT license or eligibility for licensure Interest or experience in hand therapy and/or neuro preferred CHT certification a plus but not required — built-in mentorship to grow into the lane Open to new grads and experienced OTs alike Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills Brunswick offers warm weather year-round, real beach access, two nearby resort islands, and a slower-paced coastal lifestyle while still being within easy driving distance of both Jacksonville and Savannah #IND123
