Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth services within an educational setting. This role is based in Buford, GA, and is structured as a 1099 contractor position, offering flexibility for professionals seeking independent work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions through telehealth platforms to support student needs. Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Provide timely assessments and recommendations to support student development within the school environment. Adhere to state and federal guidelines for telehealth services in educational settings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Georgia. Experience providing occupational therapy services within a school setting. Proficiency in delivering telehealth therapy, including familiarity with relevant technology and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and educators. Ability to manage a caseload independently as a 1099 contractor.
