Category Schools - OT - Telehealth Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in telehealth and teletherapy services within a school setting. This role is offered on a PRN (as-needed) basis and is conducted virtually, supporting students remotely.
Location:
Cumming, GA (service area) Key responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy services via telehealth platforms to school-aged children Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address students' educational and functional needs Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student progress and participation Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and policies Participating in virtual meetings and consultations as required Qualifications and experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid in the state Proficiency in teletherapy and telehealth service delivery within educational settings Experience working with students in schools or similar environments is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills to manage virtual caseloads effectively Ability to adapt therapeutic activities to a remote format while engaging students This role offers flexibility through PRN scheduling and the convenience of telehealth work.
