Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist in the CCRC setting for Gainesville, GA ! ! New graduates welcome to apply!
Salary:
$76,000
  • $96,000 based upon experience + $2,000 sign on bonus
Details:
40 hours week
M-F 8A-4
30P Direct Hire
  • Staff position Recently promoted DOR, who is a seasoned OT/manager (Dir of Fitness and Rehab).
Ortho/Outpatient background Has 2 PTAs/1 PT/ 2 OT's/1 SLP/1
COTA Highlights:
70-75% productivity (have gone to 65% in some cases) Specialized training
  • chronic pain, vestibular, pelvic health, and ACTS exercise based trainings. 4% company match 401k 7 paid holidays (off those holidays) Student loans-can fill out SL forgiveness program as long as they are still working for non-profit (PSLF) Every Jan.
  • Annual Merit based increase (company based) Don't wear uniforms, business casual
  • pants/polos, etc.
About the Facility This facility is a long-standing, reputable non-profit organization with very nice CCRC communities. This location has a beautiful, newer, state of the art large gym and nice fitness center. DOFR (Dir of Fitness & Rehab). They have a good-sized, cohesive team. Great support system and friendships, as well as collaborated team. Therapy is IN-HOUSE, so they are employees just like everyone else
  • collaboration with other team members.
