Qualifications:
Active Texas SLP License is required Experience or skills in school-based OT, OT teletherapy, and OT for school settings Strong organizational and communication abilities Readiness to manage a K-12 caseload of about 45-50 students
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide direct and teletherapy occupational therapy services to K-12 students Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to develop individualized plans Document and track progress and outcomes per school guidelines Adapt therapy plans to meet the needs of diverse learners Meet scheduling and reporting requirements in a billing client environment
