Key responsibilities include:

Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitative programs to restore or improve patient function in activities of daily living, mobility, strength, and coordination. Developing and revising treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians. Providing patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources. Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and care plans according to departmental guidelines. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining ethical, confidential practices.

Qualifications and skills required:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Occupational Therapist license and BLS certification required upon hire. Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork skills, and basic computer proficiency.
