Job Description

From August 4th to October 23rd, you'll join a supportive team dedicated to helping students reach their fullest potential. Qualifications & Experience:
Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Strong background in school-based OT services Knowledge of therapeutic approaches for children and adolescents Experience with assessments, therapeutic plans, and implementation within a school environment Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address sensory, motor, and adaptive skills Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support for student needs Monitor, record, and communicate progress to all relevant stakeholders Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Offer consultative advice and hands-on interventions in classroom and one-on-one settings Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in compliance with school policies This opportunity offers a fulfilling professional experience in a collaborative educational environment.
