Valid and active Occupational Therapist license Experience working in school settings preferred, but strong clinical or pediatric OT backgrounds also considered Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and participation in multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and learning environments

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Evaluate students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities in school settings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in alignment with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, special education team members, and families to ensure continuity of care Provide direct intervention and consultation services to students in both group and individual formats Educate staff and families on strategies to facilitate student progress and participation in daily school activities Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to best practices as well as district and legal standards
