Job Description
PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a patient-centered Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will evaluate post-hospital patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver intensive, evidence-based interventions to restore function and independence after surgery, injury, or illness. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, growth-focused culture, using advanced rehab practices and technology. Responsibilities include ADL retraining, caregiver education, discharge planning, and thorough EMR documentation while championing compassionate, goal-driven recovery.
