Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-Time OT)

Peachtree Corners, GA About Us Happy Days Pediatric Therapy is a family-centered pediatric outpatient clinic dedicated to promoting independence and quality of life for children with disabilities. We value collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, and offer a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling. About the Role We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Treatment Settings:
Clinic Home-based visits ABA center What Makes This Role Unique Flexible schedule Supportive leadership and mentorship Thorough onboarding Reasonable caseload Opportunities for professional growth Contracted employees: Additional hourly pay for: evaluations, POC reports, meetings, and observations Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans Document sessions (SOAP notes) and write evaluation/POC reports Implement therapeutic interventions & provide home exercise programs Collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBA, PTs) Provide patient and family education Manage caseload of 27 patients MAX per week One hour of paid lunch per day Flexibility of working 4 ten hour days or 5 days a week Skills & Qualifications Georgia OT License (OTR/L) required Experience with pediatric populations (new graduates welcome) EMR proficiency: Fusion (Ensora Health) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach Benefits Full-Time (18-27 patients/week) Flexible schedule Continuing education stipend Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Georgia state license reimbursement NBCOT certification reimbursement Why Join Us?
