Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional skills. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills and promote overall health. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and treatment outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
