Pediatric Outpatient Clinic Salt Marsh Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Savannah, Georgia. This position includes opportunities to provide both traditional weekly therapy services and therapy intensives tailored to the individual needs of children and families. Our ideal candidate is passionate about helping children build independence, confidence, and functional skills in a fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and functional challenges Provide individualized occupational therapy services through both: Traditional ongoing therapy sessions Intensive therapy programs Develop customized treatment plans and measurable goals Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely documentation and progress reports Educate families on home strategies and carryover activities Support a positive, play-based, child-centered therapy environment Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Current Georgia OT license NBCOT certification required Pediatric experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Feeding therapy experience preferred Experience or interest in sensory integration, neurodevelopmental treatment, or intensive therapy models is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Paid time off and holidays Health stipend for full time employees Mentorship and growth opportunities Why Savannah?
