Acute Care Occupational Therapist - Hospital-Based | Valdosta GA | $10K Sign-On + PSLF Position Highlights Acute care OT at a non-profit Level II Trauma hospital (Valdosta GA) New grads welcomed with structured onboarding and mentorship Full acute mix: ICU, stroke, trauma, neuro, post-surgical $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance PSLF eligible ~11 patients/day, no rigid productivity quotas M-F days, minimal weekends, 23 days PTO About the Role A non-profit hospital system in the Valdosta area is hiring a full-time acute care OT. You'll see real clinical variety across the ICU, stroke, trauma, and post-surgical units at a Level II Trauma center, with a patient-first pace and leadership that invests in your growth. Cross-training is encouraged to build a versatile hospital skillset, and structured new-grad onboarding with dedicated mentorship makes for a smooth transition into acute. CEU support and clear internal growth pathways round it out. Qualifications & Requirements MOT or OTD from an accredited program, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia New grads and experienced OTs welcome Team-first communicator with a passion for hospital-based care Evidence-informed, patient-centered approach
