Job Description
Bridge The Gap Therapy is growing, and we're excited to welcome a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our team. Bridge The Gap Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic rooted in collaboration, creativity, and whole-child care. Our newly designed clinic was thoughtfully built with pediatric therapy in mind, featuring a large custom sensory gym equipped to support regulation, motor development, and sensory integration. Our therapists have the space and resources to create engaging, play-based sessions that truly meet each child where they are. We take pride in fostering a supportive and collaborative culture. Our Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists work closely together to serve children with a wide range of needs, while our administrative team ensures therapists can focus on what matters most—delivering meaningful, high-quality care.
