Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide quality therapy services to patients and help them improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence. Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements. Follow all safety, infection-control, and patient-care policies.

Requirements:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license . Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
