Job Description

CHART Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, treat, and participate in the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal injuries in an outpatient clinic. The occupational therapist primarily addresses concerns regarding the patient's function with ADL, work simulated activities, and hand injuries. May also develop programs for injury prevention. May do job site visits for ergonomic assessments and job descriptions. New graduates welcomed to apply. All applicants must be licensed in the state of Hawaii and have an NPI number.
