Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), they are a qualified, licensed clinician with operational responsibilities defined herein who identifies, evaluates, supervises, and treats patients/residents. They communicate patient status and needs with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals. They maintain documentation of services provided in the medical record in accordance with the state, federal, and third-party payor requirements. They screen patient/residents based on identified needs. Ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertification's, and discharges. Documents results of patients assessment, treatment, and follow-up, termination of services. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy License to practice as a Occupational Therapist within the State Positive Attitude Ability to complete required in-service training requirements Must be able to move (walk, bend, stand, sit, push, pull, lift) intermittently throughout the workday

Shift Status:
Full-Time (60-80 hours per pay period) Temporary position starting September 2026 and will be needed for 3 months. Sign on Bonus available for individuals hired 40 hours or more per pay period. Sign on bonus will be paid over two years. Referral bonus also available!
