•outpatient areas of need Supportive team environment with over 40 rehab professionals across hospital, outpatient, and home health settings Flexible scheduling options with no nights, weekends, or on-call (occasional hospital weekend rotation once per quarter) Career growth opportunities: lead therapist, supervisor, or manager roles Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (flexible options available: 8:00-5:00, 8:30-5:30, or 4/10s) No nights, weekends, or on-call (except for minimal quarterly hospital coverage rotation) Multiple hospital outpatient clinics hiring 8-12 patients per day (30-40 min appointments) Patient mix: ~45% general physical therapy, 30% pre/post-op (including total joint replacements), 15% pediatrics, 5% neuro, 5% sports. May change depending on the area of interest Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $68,182
