Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Boise or Nampa, Idaho. We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative therapist who is excited to support children and families through engaging, individualized care. What Makes Chatterbox Different Your own dedicated workspace Access to specialized pediatric therapy equipment Paid documentation and paperwork time Flexible scheduling that supports a healthy work-life balance Support and mentorship from experienced pediatric therapists A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Annual professional development funding Continuing education opportunities and financial support Opportunities to develop specialty areas and expand your clinical skills Potential pathways toward mentoring, supervision, or leadership The opportunity to work in our Boise or Nampa clinic What You'll Do Evaluate children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and functional needs Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide engaging, play-based occupational therapy services Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, coordination, feeding skills, handwriting, and daily participation Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other therapy professionals Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and reports Provide education and home recommendations to help families support continued progress Participate in team meetings, professional development, and collaborative care planning What We're Looking For Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Idaho licensure NBCOT certification A genuine passion for working with children and families Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills A positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach Pediatric experience is preferred, but we also welcome Occupational Therapists eager to develop their pediatric skills with the support of an experienced team.
