Adapt Therapy is currently looking for a full time Occupational Therapist OR Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with the following credentials: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy OR Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting Active Idaho state OT license Minimum 1 year experience in pediatrics Desired experience in: Outpatient pediatrics ages 0-21 Specific experience with sensory processing disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, ODD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavioral, and social skills treatment A variety of developmental delay disorders (e.g. Cerebral Palsy) Feeding / Oral Motor We are looking for an individual who is a problem solver, innovator, adapts to their surroundings and circumstances, and is flexible. We want an individual that isn't afraid of a new challenge or setting sail into uncharted waters. We are looking for someone who demonstrates beneficence for the children and the families that they interact with. We are looking for a strong communicator, someone that thrives in social situations, and is exceptional at making connections. We want someone who understands the importance of life balance and demonstrates said quality on a regular basis. We are looking for someone who can PROVE these attributes in an interview, shadowing, and observation situation.
