An Occupational Therapist helps patients with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities recover, improve, or develop skills needed for everyday activities. Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.

What You'll Do Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients in a clinic setting. Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs. Use engaging, play-based interventions to improve functional skills, independence, sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care, and participation in everyday activities. Partner closely with families by providing education, home strategies, and ongoing communication. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated care. Complete documentation, progress reports, and other required clinical records in a timely manner. Contribute to a positive clinic culture where teamwork, encouragement, and continuous improvement are valued. What We're Looking For Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Idaho. Passion for working with children and supporting families. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing excellent care. Pediatric experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to mentor the right person.
