Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic team in Emmett. As an OT at Odyssey, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while working alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary pediatric therapy team. You will provide individualized, family-centered occupational therapy services designed to help children develop the skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life. Our team works together to support children across their developmental needs, with opportunities to collaborate closely with SLPs, PTs, families, and other professionals. Caseload & Schedule Expectations We believe in sustainable caseloads that allow clinicians to provide excellent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Typical full-time caseload:

~26 children per week 60-minute treatment sessions Flexible scheduling with 4

• or 5-day workweek options Part-time caseload options may also be considered Built-in documentation time included and paid by the company Collaborative support from the OT team and broader interdisciplinary therapy team Focus on quality of care and meaningful outcomes—not simply maximizing productivity Compensation Structure We believe your time, expertise, and clinical skills should be valued. $35
