Role Overview:

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled therapy services within an acute care setting. Experience with diverse caseloads in ortho, neuro, general medicine, and ICU is preferred. Establishes treatment plans considering discharge needs, functional status, and required equipment. Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their competency levels. Completes documentation in line with departmental policies. Provides assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred. Licensure as an Occupational Therapist. No prior experience required, but supervision experience is not mandatory.

Key Duties:

Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients and staff, delegate appropriately, and ensure thorough documentation.
