401(k) with employer matching Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students based on their individual needs. Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment goals and plans. Provide individual and/or group therapy as appropriate. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and other related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student IEPs. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes. Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate. Support students in developing the skills needed to participate successfully in the educational environment. Requirements Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required. Appropriate Illinois occupational therapy licensure required. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with students and multidisciplinary school teams. Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services.
