Qualifications & Experience:

Active OT License and OT Certification required Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged children Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students to identify needs and develop goals in the areas of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living Deliver direct and indirect services as prescribed in students IEPs Consult with teachers to modify activities and classroom environments for diverse learners Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Educate families on strategies for supporting skill development at home
