2996663074-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Seabright School and Therapy Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in partner districts around Charlotte, NC. In this role you will conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with diverse needs. You will collaborate closely with educators and families, document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and help adapt classroom environments. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services to students in school-based settings Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student access and participation Document sessions, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences Adapt classroom materials and environments to improve students' functional performance Provide training and consultation to school staff on sensory, motor, and self-regulation strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes Travel between assigned school sites as needed within the district Engage in ongoing professional development and follow ethical and best-practice standards Required Skills Pediatric occupational therapy School-based occupational therapy IEP development and implementation Standardized OT assessments Sensory integration and modulation strategies Fine motor and visual-motor intervention Assistive technology and adaptive equipment Documentation and progress reporting Collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams Regulatory and IDEA compliance
