Responsibilities Include:

Provide exceptional evidence-based treatment interventions for children aged birth to twelve both individually and in a group Complete timely and accurate documentation Administer comprehensive evaluations as necessary Collaborate with other providers and academic teachers Educate parents on therapy and support strategies Requirements Master's degree or higher from an AOTA-accredited program Occupational Therapy (OTR) Licensure in the State of Illinois 1-2 years of experience Strong knowledge of child development (specifically children birth to twelve) Personable, playful, and engaging; able to effectively build rapport with children and their families Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confidence in professional ability to effectively convey those skills and knowledge to clients Positive and patient demeanor Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and busy role Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with education and work experience Generous paid time off Paid national holidays Annual professional dues reimbursement Supervision with department director, as well as the opportunity for collaboration with a dynamic multidisciplinary team Retirement benefits after one year of employment Group health and dental insurance Mileage reimbursement If your experiences match our requirements, we'd like to see your resume outlining your qualifications.
