Key Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois. Experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings. Familiarity with elementary school caseloads. Collaborative spirit with strong communication and organization skills.

Assess students to identify their current abilities and areas needing improvement. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that align with each students educational goals. Partner with teachers, parents, and school teams to support classroom participation. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district and legal standards. Deliver direct and consultative therapy in both individual and group settings. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations to optimize students school experience.
