Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Illinois (or eligibility) Experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and indirect OT services to students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation per school guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise
