Qualifications & Experience:

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience in school settings preferred Background in home health OT, healthcare OT, or teletherapy is advantageous Strong communication and collaboration abilities Able to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Responsibilities:

Assess students to determine occupational therapy needs Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families Deliver direct therapy services, both in person and via teletherapy, as required Document progress and maintain timely records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Provide guidance, resources, and support to educational staff and families
