HSHS St. Anthony's Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team at the Workman Sports Complex. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven therapists looking for an opportunity to improve patients' independence, participation, and overall functional performance through therapeutic interventions.

Compensation that aligns with your experience For more questions contact Lauren Aman at lauren.aman@hshs.org Education Qualifications Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
Experience Qualifications N/A Certifications, Licenses and Registrations IL:
State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been authorized to practice by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and must obtain licensure within 6 months.
WI:
State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been issued a temporary licensure to practice and must obtain licensure within 6 months. Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
