This part-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work across two elementary school settings while providing valuable occupational therapy services to young learners.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure is required. School-based occupational therapy experience is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and school staff. Ability to provide individualized occupational therapy services based on students educational needs.

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services approximately 4 days per week. Serve as a second OT at Cloverdale Elementary, providing services for approximately 0.3 FTE. Provide proportionate-share occupational therapy services at St. Isadore, approximately 0.1 FTE. Collaborate with school teams to support students participation and success within the educational environment. Complete appropriate documentation and communicate student progress with relevant educational professionals.
