Desired qualifications and experience:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure required Experience in school-based OT practice highly valued Familiarity with supporting diverse student populations Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple school sites Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care Key responsibilities include: Delivering OT services at two schools: supporting as a second OT at one elementary school and providing proportionate share services at another Assessing students functional skills and setting individualized goals Planning and implementing direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing supports Documenting progress, contributing to IEPs, and participating in relevant meetings Collaborating closely with educational teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery across settings By taking on this contract role, you'll engage in an enriching, school-based experience, making a genuine impact during a critical period in the academic year.
