Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist licensure (required) School-based OT experience preferred Ability to balance multiple assignments and work collaboratively Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide OT services to assigned caseloads at designated schools Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and allied professionals Serve as a valuable second OT in established teams and deliver proportionate share services as assigned Document progress, support IEP meetings, and align therapy with academic goals Comply with start and end dates: ASAP through June 9 (or until the last required school day)
