Job Description
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Illinois OT licensure Previous pediatric or school OT experience highly preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced educational environmentResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with IDEA and school standards Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and educators Provide direct therapy, consultation, and progress updates to stakeholders Contribute to RTI and classroom integration, supporting varied learning styles Experience first-hand the fulfillment of empowering students while building connections within a supportive educational setting.
