Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire (just 30 minutes north of Chicago) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated, in-house rehab team. What You'll Do:
Conduct clinical evaluations and create individualized, outcome-focused care plans. Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to enhance resident independence and function. Educate residents, families, and care teams on rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary therapy staff.
What You Need:
