Desired qualifications:

Active OT license and certification Experience in school-based occupational therapy a plus Skill in designing individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged children Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff Key responsibilities: Evaluate students needs and strengths to develop targeted OT interventions Deliver individual and small group therapy sessions, adapting activities for diverse learners Collaborate with teachers and parents to support carryover of skills in the classroom Complete required documentation and progress reporting in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth and success This full-time position begins ASAP and will run for a 3-month contract term, working 5 days each week alongside dedicated educational professionals.
