Bee You Therapy is an energetic, fun-loving, and affirming therapy team dedicated to helping individuals maximize their potential. We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist who wants to make a difference in the lives of adolescents, young adults, and their families. This position will include a blend of services: One OT will focus primarily on individual clients (50%) with some support in our day program (50%) . We are flexible and encourage applicants to share which track excites them most. About Bee You Therapy Our clinic specializes in affirming, trauma-informed care for neurodivergent teens and young adults. We believe in meeting each person where they are, building warm therapeutic relationships, and supporting both clients and caregivers in meaningful ways. Our day program, The Hive, is a vibrant community space where adults with disabilities engage in vocational, life, and social skill-building. Provide occupational therapy services across the lifespan, primarily adolescents through young adults. Design and monitor treatment plans and individualized home programs. Develop and implement innovative small groups for our day program members. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Document progress, create reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Use affirming practices and uphold trauma-informed consent in all interactions. Caseload Expectations A mix of individual sessions and day program support, depending on role track. Manageable caseloads with dedicated time for planning, documentation, and collaboration. Focus on quality, individualized care rather than high-volume productivity demands. What We're Looking For Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Illinois OT license in good standing. Strong evaluation, treatment, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, collaborative, and creative approach. Ability to connect authentically with clients and adapt interventions to their needs.
