Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into an opportunity where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will have a meaningful impact on elementary and middle school students. This onsite, contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through November 2026, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Work within self-contained and resource settings, serving a diverse student population with varying needs. What you'll bring: Valid OT licensure and credentials for school-based practice Previous experience within school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school students Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and independently Dedication to ongoing professional development and best practices in student care Key responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school assignments Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student access and growth Participate in evaluation, development, and ongoing adjustment of treatment plans Document sessions, progress, and maintain detailed records Attend monthly meetings and roundtable discussions for team-based problem solving Engage in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership Take part in regional collaboration through an interactive intranet, providing real-time connection and resource sharing Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency You'll enjoy an easy-access supervisor in the same discipline, ensuring ongoing professional guidance and support.
