We keep our team small on purpose. Our therapists work closely together, know each other's patients, and build real relationships with the families they see. About the position We're hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist for approximately 15 hours a week. The hours stay the same week to week, so this position works well alongside another job. We already have families on our waitlist for after-school OT, so you will step into an established caseload. This is a strong fit if you want a manageable caseload, a schedule that doesn't change on you, and the chance to really get to know the children and families you work with over time. What the position involves You will provide one-on-one OT services to pediatric clients across a range of needs, including sensory processing, fine motor development, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. You will also complete evaluations, build treatment plans, collaborate with parents and caregivers, and keep documentation current. Since we are a small practice, collaboration comes naturally. You will work alongside our other OT and SLPs. What we are looking for An active Illinois OT license is required. Pediatric experience is preferred, but we are open to new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork experience. What we offer $50 to $60 per hour Approximately 15 hours per week with an established caseload Private treatment rooms and a sensory gym A small, supportive team of OTs and SLPs Mentorship and opportunities for professional development Paid time off If a part-time pediatric OT role with steady hours, an established caseload, and a close-knit team sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you.
