Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a real impact in students lives as an Occupational Therapist in a supportive school environment near Naperville, IL. Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred Comfort working with students individually and in group settings Strong communication and organizational skills Collaborative spirit and adaptability to changing needs Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and create individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services designed for a school setting Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, school psychologists, and families Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insight and recommendations Promote student independence, participation, and engagement in the school environment This contract assignment lets you make a meaningful difference in students lives while maintaining a balanced workload.
