Key Responsibilities:

Assess students using evidence-based tools to identify strengths and areas requiring intervention Develop targeted treatment plans to support student participation and achievement in the classroom Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement IEP goals and recommendations Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, as assigned by student needs Maintain clear, timely records and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding adaptive strategies and supports
