This contract position, located within reach of Oak Park, IL, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across educational and home health environments. With a focus on both in-school and home-based services, you'll work with a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing essential support that empowers them to reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
Active Illinois OT license required Experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students across varied environments Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Conduct evaluations and reassessments to monitor student progress Work closely with families and educators to ensure coordinated care Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines This role is structured for 3 days each week, allowing you to enjoy both professional fulfillment and optimal work-life balance.
