What youll need to succeed:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license School-based OT experience highly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt strategies to support a diverse student population Your day-to-day will include: Providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students with varied needs Assessing and developing individualized intervention plans to enhance students academic participation and daily functioning Consulting with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom setting Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state guidelines Attending IEP meetings and contributing your expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team In this role, youll work one day per week (7 hours) on a consistent schedule, allowing for impactful, focused care within a manageable caseload.
